2025 Altera Supplier Day: Together, Let’s Build a Sustainable Future

On 27 May 2025, Altera Infrastructure hosted the first Altera Supplier Day at the Noom Hotel Plateau in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The event brought together nearly one hundred participants, including key representatives from our client, the Hydrocarbon General Direction, and several of Altera’s trusted suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.

Guided by the theme “Together, let’s build a sustainable future,” the event aimed to strengthen collaboration, promote transparency, and align all partners with Altera’s core values, operational standards, and the implementation of the Local Content Law. The event provided an opportunity for dialogue, capacity building, and strengthening mutual commitment to a sustainable future.

Led by our Environment and Sustainability Specialist, Auguste Coffi, the program featured a series of insightful presentations, including:

  • A welcome message from Danielle Kissi, Legal Counsel at Altera.
  • Marie Konate, Altera Compliance Advisor, presented an overview of the Code of Conduct.
  • Elvis Konan, Altera Local Content Specialist, together with the Hydrocarbons General Direction Mr. Assale Mélain Armel and Mr. Zoya Tohbokoue Job Le Benny, presented a summary of the Local Content Law Strategy and addressed some related questions.
  • Bailly Djokouehi, Altera Supplier Quality Control Specialist, delivered a presentation on Quality Control and ESG Evaluation.
  • Jlue Wolo, Altera Supply Chain Manager, provided a comprehensive overview of the Procurement and Invoicing process.

Each session created a meaningful discussions and reaffirmed Altera’s commitment to operational excellence and responsible partnerships. The energy and engagement between the participants reflected a shared ambition to co-create a more transparent, efficient, and sustainable supply chain.

We’re pleased to receive positive feedback, marking this event as a significant milestone in Altera’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in the Côte d’Ivoire market.
