New Green Bond Tap Issue

We have successfully completed a USD 75 million tap issue in the Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C. senior unsecured green bonds. This will increase the total outstanding amount in the bonds to USD 200 million. Net proceeds from the tap issue will be used in accordance with the company’s Green Bond Framework.

The additional bonds will be issued under a temporary ISIN NO0010891641 until a listing prospectus for the additional bonds has been approved.
