First HSEQ & Operations Seminar in Abidjan

In March, we held our first HSEQ & Operations Seminar at Azalai Hotel. It is a focused, productive gathering lead by Bjarne Hove, Altera Infrastructure Asset Manager where offshore and onshore teams aligned on priorities, shared insights, and strengthened our collective commitment to safe and efficient operations.

The two-day event brought participants together in open discussions, where they reviewed key learnings from recent cases and contributed valuable insights that now serve as the foundation of our Level 2 HSEQ Program for the coming year.

The quality of dialogue, professionalism, and the willingness to address challenges with honesty and clarity were standout elements throughout the seminar. It also reinforces the shared ambition on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strong safety culture across all layers of our organization.

This marks an important milestone as we continue to strengthen our One Team approach and reinforce our shared commitment to HSEQ excellence, both offshore and onshore.
