ALP Guard rescues sea turtle!

The crew of ALP Guard has rescued a sea turtle today during their stay on the anchorage of Tenerife. The turtle was spotted drifting close by the tug, caught in fishing nets. The crew safely lifted the turtle out of the water by lining up together, with the Bosun putting his arm in the water. Weighing in at 35 kilos this was quite something. The turtle was freed from the nets before being put back into the water again.
